Tour Plan

Upon your arrival in Chanderi our driver will pick you up and you will be transferred to your hotel where you will check-in. Your sightseeing will start with a visit to the Chanderi Fort which is located on a hilltop with panoramic views. After that you will be taken to explore the Katti Ghati which is a massive gateway carved from a single rock slab. After that you will be taken to visit the Jama Masjid which is a 15th-century mosque with impressive architecture and then you will be taken to visit the serene Shahzadi Ka Rauza. Following that you will be taken to visit the Chanderi Museum to get an overview of the town’s history and craftsmanship. At the end of the day you will be taken at a local handloom center to witness the weaving of the world-famous Chanderi saris. After that you will be driven back to your hotel for the overnight stay.

After a healthy breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and then you will be driven to Orchha which is a medieval riverside town frozen in time. Upon your arrival you will check-in at your hotel and later your sightseeing will begin with Jahangir Mahal which was built in honor of Emperor Jahangir. After that you will be taken to explore Raja Mahal which is known for its vibrant murals. Following that you will be taken to explore Sheesh Mahal which is now functions as a heritage hotel. After that you will be taken to visit the Chaturbhuj Temple which is built on a high platform and offering stunning views of Orchha. In the evening you will get to enjoy a peaceful walk along the Betwa River and then you will be taken to visit the beautiful cenotaphs (Chhatris) of the Bundela kings. After that you will return back to your hotel for the overnight stay.

After a healthy breakfast you will check-out and you will be driven to Gwalior which is the city of music, forts, and palaces, once you reach you will check-in at your hotel and later your exploration will start with the massive Gwalior Fort which is one of India’s most imposing hilltop forts. After that you will be taken to visit the Man Singh Palace which is known for its colorful tile work and the Gujari Mahal which is now an archaeological museum. Following that you will be taken to visit Sas Bahu Temples which is a fine example of temple architecture and then you will get to visit massive Jain rock-cut sculptures. After that you will be taken to explore Jai Vilas Palace which is the royal residence of the Scindia family; this features one of the largest chandeliers in the world and a grand collection of royal artifacts. After that you will return back to your hotel for the overnight stay.

After a healthy breakfast you will check-out from your hotel in Gwalior and then you will be driven to Agra which is the city of the Taj. Once you reach you will check-in at your hotel and freshen up. Later you will be taken to visit the Agra Fort which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a magnificent red sandstone structure that served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors. In the evening you will be taken to visit to the Taj Mahal at sunset where you get to explore its marble perfection, intricate inlay work and beautiful gardens. After that you will be driven to explore the famous markets of Agra and then return back to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Early in the morning you will be taken to visit Taj Mahal at sunrise which is the best time to visit the magnificent Taj. After that return to your hotel for the leisurely breakfast you will check-out from your hotel and then you will be taken to visit the Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb often called the Baby Taj. After that you will be transferred to Agra Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
